Introduction

"I make it a priority to create a space that feels safe and affirming, while also challenging you to push toward your goals. Clients often describe me as warm, gentle, and encouraging, while also valuing my humor, directness, and genuine connection. If this sounds like a good fit for you, I look forward to meeting you! " Dr. Larrazábal also focuses on understanding emotions and draws on research-supported therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to tailor treatment to each person and help clients build lives aligned with their goals and values. Dr. Larrazábal specializes in working with people experiencing anxiety, OCD, and trauma, including those who feel stuck in cycles of fear, intrusive thoughts, or avoidance. They have completed extensive training in treating these conditions and are certified in exposure and response prevention (ERP) by the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania.
