Introduction

I’m drawn to clients who are juggling a lot (medical or mental health challenges, big life changes, high expectations of themselves) and want a space to slow down, move, and experiment with new ways forward. In our work together, I use experientials, play, mindfulness, and movement as tools to approach what feels scary or unreachable, without forcing anything before you’re ready. We might explore how your body holds, contains, and processes fear, how curiosity can be used to shake off cobwebs, and how play can open up deep inner resourcing. I love helping people learn to approach themselves with compassion, and find fun in the process even when the work is serious. I tend to think of therapy as training, or the stretch that leads to more flexibility. My role as a facilitator is to walk alongside you, offer structure and support, and help you do the work in a way that feels fulfilling and sustainable. Together, we’ll practice meeting your inner world with kindness and courage, so you can move through the world more yourself.
