Introduction

If you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed and want to understand what’s really going on, you’re in the right place. I help adults get unstuck by identifying the patterns that keep you in the same loops. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, people-pleasing, or relationship struggles. Together, we create a clear plan and take practical steps that lead to relief, stronger boundaries, and more confidence in daily life and relationships. My work is integrative and person-centered. We’ll look at how your physical, mental, emotional, and social experiences interact (for example: sleep, stress, avoidance, self-criticism, and relationship dynamics), then turn that understanding into meaningful change. You are the expert in your own story, and you set the pace and direction of therapy. I also offer psychedelic-assisted therapy preparation and integration for clients exploring or receiving legal treatment (e.g., ketamine). I do not provide, prescribe, administer, or attend dosing sessions, and I do not advise on obtaining or using illegal substances. También ofrezco sesiones en español. *I am a provisionally licensed psychologist practicing under the supervision of Krista Jordan, PhD, ABPP. About Me: I was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to San Antonio as a teenager. I studied Neuroscience at Trinity University and later earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from William James College. Along the way, I lived briefly in Seattle and Boston, but Texas has always been my true home. My style is practical, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that insight should translate into real change in daily life and relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, practicing martial arts, and spending way too much time with podcasts and audiobooks.
