As a mother of three and a military spouse, I know all too well the pressure of feeling like you never measure up. It can be hard to tell which way to go when you feel plagued by anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelm, all while maintaining your home, work, and relationships. Many of the women I’ve worked with are full of drive and passion but feel stuck in unhelpful thinking patterns that erode confidence and disconnect them from what matters most. In therapy, I begin by honoring YOU and working together to understand what you value. We use this as a guide for the healing work of building self-trust, practicing helpful coping skills, processing past trauma, and learning how to care for yourself as well as others.
