Introduction

I'm May. I'm originally from Denmark but have lived here most of my life. I am a remarried widow with 5 children. My youngest is adopted from foster care. Being a foster mom got me interested in becoming a therapist as I saw how trauma impacted their little lives. Today I work with grief and trauma as well as kids who are struggling along with their parents. I am trained in EMDR and use a compassionate approach. I am also trained in Robyn Gobbel's parenting course. I am trained in Theraplay and in the process of becoming a certified synergetic therapist.
