Psychotherapy Services: I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I work with people across the lifespan who are navigating various life transitions, often digging deeper into aspects of their cultural and/or spiritual identities in the process. I draw on evidence-based practices to establish the sense of safety and security needed to dig deeper and begin healing. My work is collaborative and incorporates Internal Family Systems and psychodynamic approaches to unpack the patterns you wish to change, uncovering the healthy intentions and unmet needs behind these behaviors, and finding healing through relationship with yourself and others. Clinical Supervision Services: As a licensed clinical supervisor, my model of supervision is eclectic, drawing on attachment theory, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and general social work ethics and principles, and considering the supervisee's learning style and lived experience. This allows me to be present with each supervisee, building a relationship where they can feel safe and supported in reflecting on their work, and can begin to see their strengths and find their voice and style, all while staying grounded in evidence based practice. If you are interested in learning more about clinical supervision with me, please reach out via phone or email to set up a free consultation.
