I work with individuals who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, as well as challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship issues, & more. My approach is deeply trauma-focused and grounded in the understanding that our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but in our bodies and nervous systems. In our work together, we may incorporate EMDR, CBT, ACT, or ERP, as well as holistic practices like meditation, yoga, & breathwork. These approaches allow us to gently process what you’ve been through while building tools to help you feel more steady, present, & in control. If previous approaches felt too surface-level or didn’t quite fit, we can explore a more personalized, integrative path that meets you where you are. Healing is not linear & doesn’t have to be rushed. I strive to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and collaborative, where you can show up exactly as you are.
