I bring nearly two decades of clinical experience to my work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I specialize in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
