I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. My approach to mental health care is centered on listening, understanding the whole person, and developing an individualized treatment plan that fits each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, OCD, mood disorders, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. I work with adults who may be struggling with focus, motivation, emotional regulation, stress, relationships, work performance, or simply feeling like they are no longer functioning at their best. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard and actively involved in their care. Treatment may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy-based interventions, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing monitoring. I believe effective psychiatric care should go beyond treating symptoms. My goal is to help patients understand what they are experiencing, regain stability and confidence, and make meaningful improvements in their everyday lives.
