I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. As my career has grown, I have developed a strong passion for working with complex trauma and dissociative disorders. I believe therapy is fundamentally a relationship—feeling safe and comfortable with the person sitting across from you (or on screen) matters enormously.
