I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves despite appearing “okay” on the outside. Many clients come to me feeling lost, carrying the weight of others’ expectations, or unsure how to prioritize their own needs without guilt. My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm, and relational. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, explore their emotions, and feel deeply understood. Rather than focusing on quick solutions or rigid structure, I emphasize self-compassion, emotional awareness, and building a stronger, more trusting relationship with yourself. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals who are learning to choose themselves, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with who they are beneath anxiety, burnout, or long-standing family and cultural pressures. I believe meaningful change happens through safety, trust, and gentle exploration, not pressure. Therapy is most meaningful to me when trust is built, and you feel safe enough to show up fully as yourself. If you’re looking for therapy that feels supportive, human, and grounding, I aim to create a space where you can exhale and begin healing at your own pace, and I would be honored to support you.
