I work with adults navigating anxiety, difficult relationships, life changes, family or cultural pressures, painful experiences from the past, or simply feeling unsure of themselves or where they are in life. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you want to change. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make room for what's happening, and begin understanding yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. My approach is warm, relational, and centered on creating a space where you can show up as you are. Therapy with me is conversational, supportive, and collaborative. I'll listen closely, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and sometimes name a pattern or gently challenge a belief that may be keeping you stuck. We may sit with something difficult, get curious about it, learn together, and yes, sometimes laugh too. Finding the right therapist is personal. You deserve a space where you feel comfortable enough to be honest, ask questions, laugh, struggle, or not quite know what to say yet. If you're wondering whether we might be a good fit, you're welcome to reach out. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
