I've always believed that every person -no matter how young- has a story worth slowing down for. This guides everything I do as a therapist. I work with children ages 0-17 and their families who are navigating trauma, big emotions or behaviors, and moments of rupture that feel overwhelming. My approach is gentle and deeply relational. I use trauma informed evidence-based models, but more than anything, I show up with curiosity, warmth and and an honest respect for the courage it takes to ask for help. Parents usually find me when they are tired. Whether they are worn out by the meltdowns, feeling like nothing is working or thinking they are not doing enough- I help families understand what is underneath their child's behavior, build deeper connection and create more peace at home. Post-partum moms come to me feeling lost in the swirl of new motherhood. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, or the weight of expectations while longing to feel like themselves again. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to process these emotions, explore identity shifts, and build tools. Together, we work toward restoring balance and joy in this tender season. Adults often walk into my office after experiencing something traumatic. They're overwhelmed, shut down and waiting for the other shoe to drop. I help by staying grounded and calm in crisis. I'm not afraid to sit with the hard things as they process their experiences and learn new tools to help them cope. I love watching people transform through even the smallest moments of play, regulation and reflection. I’m passionate about being a therapist because I believe in the transformative power of connection. Each conversation is an opportunity to ignite hope and foster healing, guiding individuals toward their own strength and resilience. Whether you're longing for more calm and confidence in your parenting journey, a mom wanting to conquer post-partum or a child needing a safe space, I'd be honored to walk alongside you! "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." Hebrews 6:19
