Introduction

At Emerging Hope Therapy, my goal is to create a space where children, teens, and adults feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I provide therapy for individuals navigating trauma, complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, domestic violence recovery, nervous system regulation, and the many overwhelming seasons life can bring. Therapy is not about being “broken.” It is about having a place to slow down, understand what your mind and body have been carrying, and begin building tools for healing, growth, and hope. Emerging Hope Therapy is in network with BCBS, Ambetter, QualChoice, Aetna, TriCare, United Health, and Medicaid. We also have a cash pay rate if that is the best fit for you. And of course, Dottie is part of the heart of Emerging Hope. As our sweet psychiatric service dog, she helps bring calm, comfort, and a little extra softness into the therapy space. If you or your child are needing support, we would be honored to walk with you.
