Introduction

I’m Meagan Clark, MA, LPC, NCC, BC-TMH, founder and clinical director of Her Time Therapy, PLLC—an online group practice specializing in women’s mental health across Colorado. I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is feminist and integrative, combining evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the unique biological, social, and cultural factors that impact women’s mental health. In addition to my clinical work, I lead a team of therapists at Her Time Therapy who are passionate about supporting women through all stages of life. Our practice is designed to provide accessible, high-quality virtual care, and we offer a range of specialties across our team to ensure strong client-therapist fit. I am also an approved clinical supervisor and enjoy supporting pre-licensed clinicians in developing strong clinical skills, confidence, and ethical practice. Referrals are a great fit for: Women experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, or burnout Clients navigating major life transitions (career, motherhood, identity shifts) Women seeking support with self-esteem, relationships, or caregiver stress Clients looking for a holistic, relational, and empowering approach to therapy If I’m not the best fit personally, I’m happy to connect clients with a therapist on my team. You can learn more about our practice or refer a client at www.hertimetherapy.com or call/text us at (303) 900-8225.
