I've spent the last 20 years as a therapist—roughly the same amount of time I invested in my own therapy-journey. That personal foundation shapes everything I do. I work with young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and grief. My approach is unconventional and integrative: I blend psychotherapy with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, breathwork, biofeedback, reiki, and therapeutic laughter. I'm also trained as a Death Doula, which deepens my ability to sit with people through life's most tender moments. Beyond individual sessions, I offer groups, classes, and coaching. I'm currently accepting new clients for telehealth appointments and accept most major insurances including Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, VA Community Care Network, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna Better Health of Illinois. What draws me most is the therapeutic process itself—the privilege of witnessing someone's transformation and helping them reconnect with resilience and compassion.
