Introduction

I have focused my mental health approach on supporting individuals throughout the lifespan, from school-age to retirement. I work with children with ADHD and ASD, and I support the teachers, parents, grandparents who care for them. I also work with adults transitioning to retirement or new goals in later years of life. I also work with couples to enhance joy and meaning in their relationships. I utilize an integrated approach that includes person-centered, CBT, DBT, play therapy, and emotion-focused approaches. I look forward to connecting with you!
