Whether you are seeking healing, self-discovery, or a space to process life’s transitions, I strive to meet you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and understanding. I work with adults and teens across backgrounds, genders, and orientations, with particular experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, attachment and relationship patterns, sexuality, sex, and sexual trauma, multicultural and international identities, and concerns related to food, body image, and disordered eating. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I practice from a trauma-informed and relational lens. My work integrates Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Inner Child work, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients better understand the patterns shaping their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Together, we tailor therapy to your strengths and goals while building practical tools for navigating distress, strengthening self-trust, and creating meaningful change. Healing and personal growth take time, and therapy does not have to follow a one-size-fits-all path. My goal is to offer a collaborative, grounded space where you can feel supported while developing greater clarity, connection, and confidence in moving forward.
