Introduction

Something happened, maybe once or maybe many times, and even though life has moved forward, your body hasn’t caught up. You might notice anxiety that won’t stop, emotional reactivity, relationship patterns that repeat, or coping skills like numbing, substance use, or overworking that once helped you survive but now feel exhausting. Trauma isn’t just what happened to you, it’s what your nervous system had to do to survive. Together, we'll help your mind and body process what’s been stuck so you can finally feel more grounded, present, and in control again. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, relationships, loss, & substance use treatment using EMDR therapy. We help your brain process painful experiences so they lose their intensity. We don’t just talk about what happened, we help your nervous system actually resolve it. Clients often notice fewer triggers, improved mood, better sleep, & more emotional steadiness. I also offer licensure supervision for those who are working toward full licensure. Supervision would focus on clinical skill, ethical practices, and building professional confidence.
