Introduction

Welcome to a Space for Healing and Reconnection Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you made it. Reaching out for support during the postpartum period is an act of strength, not weakness. Whether you’re navigating the emotional intensity of new parenthood, adjusting to changes in your identity, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, you deserve a space where you can breathe, reflect, and feel supported. This is that space. Support for the Postpartum Journey As a UW–Madison–trained psychotherapist and licensed clinician in Wisconsin, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and couples move through life’s most tender and transformative seasons. My background spans trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and clinical supervision, and my decade-long practice as a yoga teacher and spiritual seeker deeply informs my holistic, compassionate approach. As a parent myself, I understand how profoundly the postpartum period can reshape your inner world and your relationships. I have a special passion for supporting: • Parents adjusting to the emotional and physical realities of postpartum • Couples navigating changes in communication, intimacy, and shared responsibilities • Individuals experiencing postpartum anxiety, depression, or overwhelm • Families integrating a new baby into their lives • Those processing birth experiences, fertility journeys, or identity shifts Whether you’re feeling isolated, overstimulated, disconnected, or unsure of how to ask for what you need, you don’t have to navigate this alone. A Therapeutic Approach Rooted in Compassion and Practical Support Postpartum therapy with me is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Together, we’ll explore what you’re carrying—emotionally, physically, and relationally—and build tools that help you feel more resourced and connected. Common areas we might work on include: • Rebuilding trust and communication with your partner • Managing intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or mood changes • Processing birth trauma or unexpected experiences • Navigating identity shifts and role transitions • Balancing emotional labor and household responsibilities • Reconnecting with your body and sense of self My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move through this season. Flexible Support—In Person or Virtual Sessions are available in-person at my comfortable office on Madison’s near-west side or virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. I know how unpredictable postpartum life can be, so flexibility is built into the way I work—support should meet you where you are, not the other way around. Investing in Your Well Being As a fee-for-service practice, my rates reflect the care, training, and presence I bring to each session. Individual and couples sessions range from $230-260 for 55 minutes, with extended 85 minute sessions available for deeper work. I provide documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement when applicable. Quartz insurance may be used only in conjunction with certain local OBGYN providers; please reach out for details. Beyond Therapy In addition to postpartum counseling, I also offer coaching, consultation, education, and clinical supervision. If you’re interested in exploring these services, I’m happy to discuss how they might support your personal or professional growth. When You’re Ready, I’m Here The postpartum period can be beautiful, disorienting, exhausting, and transformative—often all at once. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can heal, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
