Introduction

EMDR Therapy in Madison, WI For when talking isn’t enough and the overwhelming event still lives in your body. EMDR helps with trauma, intrusive thoughts, chronic anxiety, and stuck emotional patterns. Interpersonal Process & Existential Therapy The deep work: Exploring identity, patterns, relationships, and the big “why does this keep happening?” questions. Life Transitions, Purpose & Meaning Support for career dissatisfaction or loss, major health diagnoses, identity shifts, and grief after losing a parent, partner, sibling, or child. Couples Therapy in Madison Teamwork, not tension. I help couples rebuild connection, communication, and collaboration so you can remember how to be on the same team again. How I Work Therapy works when it adapts to you. I take the science seriously, but I’m also paying close attention to your pace, your cues, and what you need in the moment. My approach is intuitive, honest, and grounded in care. Relationship patterns repeating? All your relationships have one thing in common: You. We’ll explore the patterns so you can show up differently. Grief? We’ll sit in it, honor it, and make meaning as we go. Repetitive thoughts or negative loops? We’ll build safety and rapport, then use EMDR intentionally, gently, and with support. Not Sure If We’re a Good Fit? Let’s schedule a consultation. No pressure, just a conversation to see whether my approach aligns with what you need. Insurance I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill if you’d like to pursue that. Working outside of insurance allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and depth in our work without the constraints of diagnosis requirements or session limits. Reduced Fee Options I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out and we can talk through options.
