I work with adults at every stage of caregiving, including pre-conception and family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of raising children. This stage of life can bring anxiety, burnout, emotional reactivity, guilt, relationship strain, and a sense of being stuck in challenging patterns. I also support adults who want to understand how their own early experiences affect the way they connect to others. My practice offers a supportive space to feel more grounded, effective, and confident in family life and the relationships most important to us. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CA-Endorsed Infant/Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. I take a relational and reflective approach to therapy. Together, we explore patterns in how you respond to stress, relate to others, and experience yourself. We will work to better understand those patterns, make sense of where they come from, and build more flexibility, clarity, and steadiness over time.
