I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed School Counselor. I am a Penn State and Lehigh Graduate with experience working with adolescents and adults. I have a strong interest in Cognitive Behavioral Restructuring, Person Centered Therapy and Integrative Therapy. My family of three and I are a tight unit that has been through life's challenges. Some days are easier than others! I know you can relate which is why we should talk. I'm a huge runner and have won some marathons!
