I'm Megan Fikes, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) practicing under the supervision of Carol Crawley, LMFT, at Crawley Integrative Marriage and Family Therapy. As a military spouse, I've lived the demands that military families carry: frequent moves, deployments, reintegration, shifting roles, and the strain that a life of service places on individuals and relationships. That experience shapes how I show up with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, couples and relationship challenges, life transitions, and postpartum adjustment. I also bring a deep respect for how identity, culture, family, lived experience, shapes each person's story, and I approach every client with curiosity and cultural humility rather than assumptions. My goal isn't to "fix" you. It's to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build self-compassion, and reconnect with who you are underneath the overwhelm. You don't have to have it figured out before reaching out. The first conversation is often just the beginning of finding your way back to yourself.
