Hi, I’m Megan. I’m a licensed therapist in California, and I work with women and mothers who look like they’re holding it all together on the outside—but inside feel exhausted, self-critical, and stuck in their heads. I got into this work because I’ve seen how deeply women internalize pressure: to be a good mom, a good partner, successful at work, emotionally regulated, grateful… and somehow still thriving. Over time, that pressure often turns into a loud inner critic, chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout—especially during big life transitions like motherhood, infertility, career shifts, or relationship changes. My specialties include working with mothers, high-achieving women, and those navigating fertility challenges, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is holistic and relational—I integrate evidence-based therapy with nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and deep self-compassion.
