Glad to meet you! I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist, trained in Sex Therapy, EMDR, and LGBT+ CBT. I strive to offer safer spaces for inclusive and trauma-informed care. I work with adolescents and adults (both individually and relationally) through various concerns, such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, identity, and grief/loss.
