I work with adolescents and adults who want to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and move toward meaningful change. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences with curiosity, recognize your strengths, and discover practical tools that support the growth you are already capable of. Before becoming a therapist, I spent time serving Spanish-speaking communities, an experience that deepened my appreciation for the importance of culture, language, and meeting people where they are. I later earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University-Idaho and my Master's in Social Work from St. Ambrose University. Throughout my education and clinical training, I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and community settings, including general and special education, caregiver support, and older adult services. I use a variety of approaches to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
