Introduction

I believe in a client centered, strength-based approach to therapy. I have experience working with clients from childhood through adulthood with various mental health conditions, relationship and life stressors, and trauma. I support the self determination of my clients and help identify ways they can achieve their goals. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and ensure I provide a safe, supportive environment for all clients. I have specialized training in utilizing ERP interventions for OCD and DBT interventions. I am trained in adoption competency therapy.
