Introduction

If you feel constantly "on edge" or weighed down by the fog of loss or past relational wounds, you are not alone. I help adults navigate that persistent hum of anxiety and the "what ifs" that make it difficult to feel present. You might feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt or struggle with authentic connection. You want to move beyond the weight of doubt or shame and find a sense of clarity, but something is always getting in the way. You want to feel safe within yourself and truly engage with your life and relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, exploring how our minds and bodies are impacted by what happened to us. By understanding the protective patterns you developed to manage, like perfectionism or hyper-vigilance, we can work towards a healthier balance. I offer an attachment-based lens to help you repair the connection with yourself and others. Searching for a counselor and reaching out is a brave step. I am committed to honoring your unique journey and would be privileged to work with you as you rediscover your strength. I invite you to connect with me today. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) and currently under the supervision of Jonathan Todd, MA, LPC-S. You can reach out today through the contact form.
