I grew up in Indonesia until I went to California Baptist University for college. I have cross-cultural experiences that bring a deep appreciation for diversity, cultural sensitivity, and the many ways our backgrounds shape who we are. These experiences have given me valuable insight into identity, transition, belonging, and the complexities people often carry beneath the surface. I am a board-registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology from California Baptist University. Before my master’s degree at CBU, I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from CBU. As a therapist trainee, I have worked at CBU’s counseling center with a general population of young adults to middle-aged students in undergrad, graduate, and doctoral programs. I have experience supporting clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, suicidal ideation, and PTSD. I also have experience with thought-pattern-changing work through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exploring past experiences to help inform current issues through psychodynamic therapy, and creating awareness and sensitivity to emotions through Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is rooted in empathy, guided insight, and genuine care for each person’s unique story and experiences. I believe healing happens best when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for people from all walks of life. Life can be overwhelming at times, and I believe no one should face it alone. My goal is to walk alongside each client with compassion and support, helping them navigate challenges, discover resilience, and move toward healing and growth. Whether you are seeking guidance through a difficult season or simply need a safe place to process life, I am honored to support you on your journey.
