Introduction

Welcome! I come to my practice with 20 years of experience in the human services field, working in public education from kindergarten through college, and as an outpatient therapist with individuals and families. I thrive at creating a space that feels supportive, authentic, and approachable, utilizing a framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe therapy is, at its heart, a relationship. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what’s going on beneath the surface. As an LCSW, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the experiences and relationships that have shaped them, as well as the patterns that may no longer be serving them. I see you as the expert on your own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Together, we can make space for what feels difficult, strengthen your connection with yourself and others, and work toward meaningful change.
