I specialize in helping anxious, overwhelmed moms manage stress, regulate their emotions, and improve communication in their relationships. Motherhood brings major identity shifts, emotional strain, and reactivity patterns that can feel confusing or out of control. My role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and relationships — and give you the tools to navigate it with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your current patterns, address emotional triggers, and strengthen your ability to communicate needs, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself and others. I became a mom in 2017 and was BLINDSIDED by the impact of the transition into motherhood. I remember saying that first year felt like, “the hardest, most beautiful experience of my life.” The days were long, and that first year felt even LONGER. I wished someone had prepared me more for the emotional and mental transformation of the perinatal period, so I found myself wanting to help other moms navigate this transition. I believe there is empowerment in knowing what works and what doesn’t work for our mental and emotional health and well-being. I believe there is healing in sharing our stories, our pain, and our successes. I believe in compassion and humor. I believe in authenticity and imperfection. Ultimately, I will hold space for you and support you as you make sense of your story; writing a new one as we work together.
