Introduction

My style is reflective, strength based, and child led because I believe that play is a language and toys are their words. In my therapy sessions, you will often find me on the floor using toys, games, art materials, and other play-based tools since it is my job to be fully present with your child as they explore their inner world. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe place for you and your child to be themselves and help them feel seen and understood. As well, we’ll always work collaboratively to understand how you work as a family using respectful curiosity and how we can use your strengths to best support you.
