I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and communication skills. I incorporate a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relevant coping skills into my sessions. I find my most fulfilling work is done with clients who are ready to reflect, gain awareness, and have motivation to change behaviors that have kept them "stuck" in different areas of life. I like to explore the way our thoughts influence our behaviors. In sessions, this might look like checking your assumptions, challenging judgments about yourself and others, and rewriting the stories you've grown to tell yourself your entire life.
