Welcome — I'm glad you're here! I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions or relationship challenges. Whether your child is struggling emotionally, you're a teen feeling overwhelmed, or an adult trying to find direction, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. My style is warm and collaborative, and I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT and DBT. My goal is to help clients build emotional regulation skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and improve communication and self-awareness. I bring experience from both school and hospital settings, which informs my understanding of the unique pressures faced in academic, social, and family systems. I strive to meet each client where they are, and tailor therapy to support their individual strengths, needs, and goals.
