I enjoy helping clients identify patterns in their daily living and promoting client independence and growth. I enjoy working with people on setting healthy boundaries and building healthy relationships throughout their lifespan development. I offer a non-judgmental space that allows clients to express themselves and be open in session. I am passionate about helping people realize and reach their full growth. I like to utilize play therapy techniques when I can and I strive for my relationship with clients to be based on working together for an ultimate goal of healing and client autonomy. I’m here to point out negative patterns, help educate you on how our brains work, suggest new strategies for everyday life, and challenge you to inspire personal growth. I’ve had extensive experience with children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. If you’re ready for change, but not quite sure where to start, I’m happy to help.
