I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're used to handling things alone. You don't need to have it all figured out—we'll start exactly where you are. As a social worker, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and ADD/ADHD. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore patterns, build emotional regulation and coping skills, strengthen executive functioning, and develop practical strategies for the challenges you face daily. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel genuinely understood and can build the confidence to move toward meaningful change. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and am currently accepting new clients. Let's take this step together.
