I work with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship and family challenges. I especially seek to help mothers navigate postpartum emotions. As a former school counselor, I also have a special understanding of the challenges children and families can face with school, friendships, behavior, anxiety, and big emotions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can genuinely be yourself and not a place where you feel like you have to say the "right" thing. Together, we'll work to understand what's underearth the patterns you're experiencing and create meaningful change. Sometimes we can look like we are functioning out the outside, while internally exhausted, stuck, or unsure. Therapy can be a place where you don't have to have everything figured out. Whether you're reaching out for yourself or someone you care about, you don't have to know exactly where to begin.
