You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Anxiety, depression, trauma, school challenges, or life transitions may be making it difficult to feel like yourself. You're looking for a safe, supportive space to better understand your experiences, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Most of all, you want to feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward the life you want to live. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families to address anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, and life transitions. Using a warm, collaborative approach, I integrate CBT and ACT to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, values-driven change. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to take it alone. I am committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and encouraged. I would be honored to help you build confidence, resilience, and the life you want to create.
