I specialize in working with adults navigating ongoing digestive symptoms, including IBS, as well as anxiety and patterns of overthinking. Many of the people I work with have tried to manage their symptoms in different ways, but still find themselves caught in a cycle that feels confusing, unpredictable, or difficult to shift. My approach is grounded in the gut–brain connection, helping clients better understand the patterns between physical symptoms, stress, and the mind’s response over time. Together, we focus on building a steadier, more supportive relationship with the body—so that symptoms feel less overwhelming and daily life feels more manageable. In addition to my work with digestive health, I also support individuals in high-responsibility roles, including physicians, who are navigating anxiety, pressure, and the mental load of caring for others. I offer both ongoing therapy and a structured 12-week program designed specifically for gut–brain patterns, providing a clear, step-by-step framework for this work.
