Introduction

I believe in a whole-person, integrative therapy approach that addresses the client's mind, body, & spirit. Hope is for everyone who desires it & is willing to work toward it. I'm honored to work with female clients ages 15 & up who need support through grief, depression, anxiety, attachment styles, trauma, spiritual pain, spiritual challenges, purity culture pain, pre-marital, blended family, divorce, adjustment, boundaries, conflict resolution, identity, fertility/infant loss & more. When I am not providing therapy services, I am often with my own blended family, being creative, outdoors, or reading a book. I am trained in many interventions, including but not limited to Art Therapy, CBT, ACT, IFS, NET, EFT, somatic techniques & brain-spotting. It's important that you feel you express what you need, determine your goals, and adjust therapeutic direction as needed. Every client should feel safe. Every client should know their story matters, and I am honored to help them learn tools and strategies around their needs. My goal is for each person to look forward to sessions because when safety and willingness meet, the hope of change is real.
