As owner and sole counselor as a Licensed professional Counselor (LPC) with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, I am ready to help develop a safe place for your needs to foster growth. Just as emotions can look different for everyone, so does counseling. Embracing vulnerability and truly gaining awareness into our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors is a meaningful journey that can change our life. Counseling is not only challenging and emotional but also joyful when you develop your true sense of self.
