I provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of your emotional experiences, and explore how past and present patterns may be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a primary focus on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), helping you connect more deeply with your emotions in a way that supports lasting change. Together, we focus on understanding emotional patterns, healing past wounds, strengthening relationships, and building healthier boundaries. We also address stress, life transitions, and building greater emotional stability and self-trust. This process supports meaningful, sustainable change by helping you feel more grounded, confident, and authentic. I specialize in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges, including the overwhelm of carrying the mental load. I also have a particular focus on maternal mental health, including perinatal depression and anxiety, as well as the emotional identity shifts that come with parenthood.
