Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a therapist at Rocky Mountain Center for Families and Children, where I work with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself, whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on building a genuine relationship and understanding what works best for you. With children and teens, I create an engaging and supportive space to navigate emotions, relationships, school, and growing up; with individuals, I focus on understanding patterns, building confidence, and working toward meaningful change; and with couples and families, I help strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier relationships. I incorporate CBT, DBT, and family systems approaches while tailoring therapy to the unique needs and goals of each client. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to connect with you to see if we might be a good fit.
