Megan Schaecher-Pecek (she/her/hers) is a clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment and integration practices of ADHD, mood, anxiety, and trauma related symptoms. She has worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults from diverse experiences. Megan has worked with youth with intersecting identities and the impact of systemic discrimination on their physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral health. She has experience providing education to families and parenting interventions for children and adolescents. She was active in providing treatment to youth within the school systems and collaborating with teachers and staff to provide an environment for students to improve their academic and social emotional learning. She has provided services to adults and veterans struggling with emotion dysregulation, distress, and interpersonal difficulties. Megan has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Depression, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. She incorporates mindfulness within her practice. She believes in individualized treatment for her clients and acts as an advocate and support in their lives.
