I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self, without having to have everything figured out first. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable enough to be curious about yourself and what you want for your life. I work with individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, identity, and feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Sometimes therapy is about working through something specific, while other times it is about better understanding yourself and the patterns that keep showing up. I see therapy as a process of getting curious about the stories and experiences that have shaped you, while also recognizing that those stories do not have to define where you go next. My approach is integrative and individualized. I may draw from Narrative Therapy, CBT, IFS, DBT, and other approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. I don’t believe there is one right way to do therapy. We’ll work together to understand what you need, build practical tools when they’re helpful, and create space for you to develop a deeper sense of self-trust, compassion, and connection.
