I have been working as a therapist for the past four years, with previous experience in the child welfare system and as a school social worker. I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and personal growth. I believe therapy looks different for everyone, and I strive to adapt to the unique needs of each client. Some days we may focus on processing trauma, while other days we may work through current life events and stressors. Therapy is a journey, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients through each phase of life with compassion and support. Starting therapy with a new therapist can feel overwhelming. Between paperwork, sharing your story, and stepping into something unfamiliar, the first session can be a lot. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where we can begin building trust and rapport from the very beginning.
