Introduction

I help millennial women reduce burnout, improve relationships, and reconnect with themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unfocused, exhausted, and unsure why everything feels so hard, even though life looks great on paper. You may notice irritability, guilt, difficulty setting boundaries, or a sense of disconnection in your relationships. You might even catch yourself wondering whether these challenges mean something is seriously wrong (they don’t). If you’ve spent most of your life bending over backward to make others comfortable, it can feel nearly impossible to carve out space for yourself without guilt. As a people-pleaser in recovery myself, I understand the courage it takes to shift this mindset. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)—to help you decrease stress, regulate emotions, and foster healthier relationships. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your real life, not an idealized version of one. Your struggles don’t define you, and they don’t have to be permanent. With support and the right tools, you can feel more grounded, present, and confident in who you are.
