Megan Wooldridge, MSW, is a therapist at The Uncommon Heart. She works with people who find themselves repeating patterns they swore they’d never repeat, whether in how they handle conflict, who they let close, or how they cope when life gets heavy. Megan helps clients slow down and connect the dots: why they respond the way they do, where it started, and what they want to do differently. Drawing on Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and family systems approaches, all delivered with a trauma-informed, strength-based lens and at the client’s pace, she specializes in trauma and PTSD, family conflict, and life transitions. With years of experience supporting people through crisis, family upheaval, and military life, Megan brings a steady, nonjudgmental presence to her work. As a mom and a runner, she knows growth is rarely comfortable or straight-line, and she meets each client with grace, warmth, and a commitment to being in their corner.
