Introduction

I’m Meghan, a trauma therapist offering virtual EMDR therapy for adults across South Carolina. You might look like you’re holding it all together, but inside, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained — and you're tired of just getting through the day. I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress so they can feel more grounded, connected, and at peace — without needing to relive every painful detail. Whether you’re navigating burnout, relationship trauma, or the lasting effects of a difficult past, you’re in the right place. You don’t have to perform here — we’ll figure it out together. I work with adults who: Appear high-functioning but feel anxious, exhausted, or stuck Have learned to survive by staying busy, staying strong, or staying small Are navigating burnout, people-pleasing, or the long shadow of childhood wounds Grew up with emotionally unavailable or immature parents Are deeply sensitive, often overwhelmed, and unsure how to slow down If something in you knows it’s time to feel different — I’m here. I currently offer virtual sessions during late afternoon and evening hours on weekdays. Availability is updated regularly.
