I work with adults who were diagnosed with ADHD later in life and are now rethinking years of feeling “not enough.” Many of my clients are thoughtful, creative, and perceptive, but carry shame, anxiety, and self-criticism from being misunderstood or unsupported growing up. My approach is warm, intuitive, and relational, integrating somatic therapy and insight-based work. I help clients understand their patterns, regulate their nervous system, and shift long-standing beliefs shaped by ADHD and past experiences. Together, we build self-trust and a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself.
